The Middle Bit Method is a practical support service for people navigating divorce, grief, or major life shifts - the kind of hard life chapters that don’t come with a guidebook. It’s not therapy, and it’s not coaching. It’s calm, capable help for the 'messy middle' when emotions are high, admin is overwhelming, and life just needs someone steady in your corner. Whether it’s tackling the inbox, filling out forms, or just talking it out, this is support that feels warm, grounded, and real - like a steady hand with a spreadsheet in one hand and a biscuit in the other.
